THE BRIEF
Modern ways of food shopping mean traditional high street retailers are struggling to compete and modernise to this change in consumer demands. This brief's challenge is to reposition local shops, such as greengrocers, bakers and butchers as a contender in the modern world of shopping, whilst addressing their strengths, such as reduced packaging, locally sourced produce and personalised experiences.

RESPONSE
A service that targets university students who are looking to shop sustainably on a budget, named Fresher. Fresher uses clean transport methods to bring fresh fruit and veg to students at their accommodation or for collection from their university. This reduces unnecessary plastic usage, raises student awareness of cheap alternatives to their usual supermarkets, whilst also making shopping a lot easier.
